Returns

Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days of receiving them if they are unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom items and final sale products cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Replacement Items: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please email us at godsmovement77@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange.

• Return: Follow the instructions provided in your email to return the original item.

• Replacement: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items
