Shipping policy

1. Shipping Overview

We offer two shipping options for your convenience:

•  USPS (United States Postal Service)

•  FedEx Express

2. Shipping Rates

•  Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class Package Service): $4.50 – Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

•  FedEx Express: $17 – Guaranteed delivery in 2-3 business days.

3. Pre-Order Shipping Information

For pre-order items, please allow additional time for delivery as these products are not immediately available in our inventory.

•  Manufacturing Time: Once your order is placed, production will begin. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

•  Packaging Time: After production, items will be carefully inspected and packaged, which may take an additional 1-2 days.

•  Shipping Time:

- Standard Shipping (USPS): Estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks from the order date.

- Faster Shipping (FedEx Express): Estimated delivery time is 2.5-3.5 weeks from the order date.

You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your pre-ordered items are shipped.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking information via email for both USPS and FedEx shipments. Track your package using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather or carrier delays.
